Whenever I make pancakes I always make some extras to stash in the freezer, but this is a great and easy solution for using up milk that is about to go bad! Now I can buy a gallon of milk at Aldi-I-love-that-place without worrying that we will waste half of it.
OR -- go ahead and make the pancakes, and freeze those!
ReplyDeleteThat's how I've always done it too but I'm going to try this and see how the final results compare (I'm not a huge fan of thawed pancakes--I always burn them when I reheat them, even in the toaster--what's your trick?)
